New Exclusive Superman Footage Description Revealed at Cinemacon

New Superman Exclusive Trailer At Cinemacon Description Revealed

Here’s a description of the Superman exclusive new footage, that was shown to the audience at Cinemacon.

The footage opened up the same way that the trailer did. With Superman landing into the snow, being very very hurt. He calls for Krypto and Kyoto comes to him. However, he starts to play with him like a normal dog does jumping around and jump on top of him. Even so, since Krypto is a super dog he actually ends up hurting Superman even more. Jumping on him and biting his feet.

Eventually Superman hands him his cape and says “take me home”. Krypto drags him across the snow until eventually in the background we start to see crystals come out of the ground. Once fully emerged we see two doors appear with the Superman glowing on them. This is the fortress of Solitude. Once Krypto gets in he is greeted by Superman’s robots. They grab him and take him to the healing chamber. They say that he needs a certain amount of “yellow sun”.

They open up many different doors to the fortress of solitude so sunlight can get and they have a lot of magnifying glasses there as well, to focus on Superman’s wounds. As he’s being healed he’s actually in pain and the robots have to hold him down because he’s convulsing because his bones are snapping back into place.

Afterwards he thanks them but they stress that he doesn’t need to thank them because they are not sentient beings. Which kinda contradicts the trailer scene where he’s holding one of the  robots in his arms like it is a sentient being when it’s injured.  There’s a scene where Lois is interviewing Superman in his Superman suit but it is unclear at the time if she is simply just talking to him and he’s helping her prepare for an interview or she’s actually interviewing him.

The exclusive look ended with Superman being fully healed ready to go out again but Krypto still wants to play. So he starts biting Superman’s feet again, and it ends with Superman basically agreeing of  letting Krypto go along with him wherever he’s going.

This is the description of the new footage that was shared during the WB panel at this event. Superman will be the make or break film for the new DCU being helmed by James Gunn. Many fans think this will be one of the greatest superhero films of all time. While others still won’t even bother to go see it simply because it’s not Henry Cavill. One thing is for sure, all eyes await to see how things will go down when this film releases on July 11, 2025.
