Fortnite is known for its collaborations with iconic characters in the pop culture industry or in general, today they dropped a collab that brings nostalgia to many gaming fans throughout the world. It is a Power Rangers collab, with a live-action trailer with the iconic Power Rangers. Yes, you read that right. The game that never dies and keeps reinventing itself, is gearing up for Chapter 6 Season 4, titled “Shock ‘N Awesome,” and it’s bringing the Mighty Morphin’ team along for the ride. Here’s everything we know so far about this Morphin collab.

  • The Trailer: On August 5, 2025, Fortnite on Youtube unveiled a stunning live-action/animation trailer that has many gamers hyped out of their minds. The trailer features the Red, Yellow, and Blue Rangers in all their glory, complete with explosive entrances and nostalgic 90s vibes. It’s not just a nod to the past; it’s a full on embrace of what made Power Rangers a cultural phenomenon. So many fans of this iconic franchise appreciated the fact they they made a live-action trailer which is not their normal way of dropping collaboration trailers
  • Release Date: Mark your calendars for August 7, 2025. That’s when Chapter 6 Season 4 kicks off, and with it, the Power Rangers collaboration. The trailer confirms this date, and fans are already counting down the hours until they can jump into the game and start morphing.
  • Battle Pass Details: While the trailer doesn’t show us the Battle Pass, from rumors/leaks the Battle Pass will be packed with Power Rangers content. Tommy Oliver, the legendary Green Ranger, then turned into White Ranger, is rumored to be the Tier 100 skin. We could even get the Megazordyes as a skin, we will have to wait and see in a couple of days.
  • Item Shop: The Mighty Morphin Bundle is reported to hit the shop “mid August” including Red, Black, Pink, Yellow and Blue Power Rangers Via HYPEX

While the trailer and leaks give us a lot to chew on, there’s still more to come as Epic is not releasing everything for this Season on day 1. Epic Games has a history of surprising players with additional content throughout the season, so expect more Rangers, villains, and possibly even Zord-themed locations on the map, you will see bugs!
